Innovation and great results for three generations

Since 1994:

• Ralph Engel as the third generation is the managing director. Today, the company’s main focus is on the expansion of the fiber optic business. As eks has combined the production and distribution of fiber optic components, they are now offering fiber optic systems from one source.

1986:

• The company started to produce the first fiber optic systems.

1962:

• The founder’s son, Günter Engel, took over the business and the company specialized in electric installation, home automation and communication systems. Later, the development of electronic components was established.

1931:

• The company “Albert Engel” was founded as a company specialized in engine and armature winding.
