TT-S0 Fibermodem
Product description
The eks TT-S0 is a fiber modem for the conversion of one or four independent S0s to an optical interface.
With the help of a Dip switch, the ISDN interfaces can be adjusted for the operation as TE or NT. This enables the user to connect two telephone systems with each other (cross connection) or to extend already existing ISDN-S0 busses for ISDN phones. Optionally, the S0 busses can be supplied separately, individually and short-circuit-proof with 40V S0 voltage. There are several fiber optic systems available for the transmission via fiber optics. The transmission paths can be up to 20km.
This system needs no configuration. Furthermore, it is easy to use and has an extensive LED-diagnosis panel. The sturdy and stackable aluminum housing is EMC safe, radiation proof and has got a long durability.
Moreover, the FEMux-S system is able to transmit 4xS0 (ISDN) and 1xFast Ethernet (100BaseT). In contrast to that, the S0_LAN system transmits 1xS0 via LAN (Fast-Ethernet, 100BaseT).
