The FIMP-M fiberdock

The FIMP-M fiberdock splice boxes and patch panels are ideal for industrial environments thanks to their compact and robust design.

FIMP-M fiberdock comes fully equipped and is ready for splicing with a splice comb, splice cassette, couplings, pigtails and cable glands. ST, SC and LC-Quad connectors are available. In addition, FIMP-M fiberdock can be equipped variably and can be fitted with a second splice comb. This allows up to 24 optical fibres to be connected when using LC Quattro connectors.

If only one splice comb is used, it can be rotated 4x90°. This makes it very flexible regarding its position.

With the anti-rotation protection, the splice combs can be easily locked in the powder-coated splice cassette. Short hold-down brackets facilitate the insertion of the pigtails. To secure them and maintain the appropriate bending radii, additional openings for cable ties are provided to ensure optimum fibre guidance.

The sturdy metal housing is made of stainless steel (powder-coated), has a clip for 30 mm DIN rail mounting and measures only 60 x 100 x 95 mm (width x height x depth).

Alternatively, kits for wall mount or 19" rack mount are available. FIMP-M fibre dock is suitable for all fibre types such as plastic fibre, HCS, multimode or singlemode.
