Time is money, as we all know. This also applies when it comes to high-availability networks. That's why our support specialists ensure that your system is fully functional from day one - and stays that way. Through long-term technical support and, if necessary, short-term trouble shooting. 


Which network technology is best suited to your requirements? Which transmission media and products? We support you in evaluating and selecting the right technology, create concepts and advise you on the use of suitable eks products.

Planning and project engineering

To build or improve a network correctly is not only a question of technology. Therefore, in addition to network planning, we also create individual concepts for system maintenance. This way you get a holistic picture of all necessary measures at an early stage. Furthermore, we also provide technical support during the implementation of your projects.


For the expert configuration of your system, our support staff is available to you at any time. We support you and your colleagues during commissioning on site - or take over this completely for you.


On request, we will of course provide you with all eks products preconfigured. That is safety from the beginning - directly from the manufacturer.

Stand-by service

To ensure that your network is immediately ready for operation again in case of an emergency, you can quickly reach one of our support staff via the service hotline. These experts are always there for you: for technical inquiries and problems or if you need a replacement device. They also provide you with comprehensive support for troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
