Two young people start their careers

Well-trained employees are known to be the key to success. That is why we have a long tradition of vocational training. Currently, in addition to the training courses mentioned at the beginning, we also offer apprenticeships as industrial clerks and IT specialists. To make it as easy as possible for young people to start their careers, we offer them special training and intensive mentoring. In addition, they are all provided with an iPad for the duration of their training.
Not only do young people find an attractive apprenticeship with us, but they also have very good chances of a long-term career in a company that operates in dynamic markets. In addition, we also provide targeted support for the professional development of our junior staff, for example as technicians, master craftsmen or engineers, if they perform well.
